Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will grant you full control over your e-mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a new email mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail box account to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your e-mailboxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mailboxes against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages according to specific rules specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Just specify the e-mail box account you wish to forward email messages from, then choose the destination e-mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your PC or mobile device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
